We took on this unique project after it had been approved by council, with the development approval plans and layout designed by Therian, to fit in perfectly with the streetscape of this northern NSW country town.
The prominently situated corner block was the former site of a landmark pub which had burnt down, and the design intent was to retain the legacy and feel of this building, including the old barn to the rear of the property.
We completed the design including several tweaks to the external areas and a resubmission to council, and battled through all manner of challenges in ground works, council approvals, inclement weather and resourcing in regional areas, to deliver a superbly finished result for Wingham and Valley Vets.
