The fitout for North Maclean Family Vet began with a collaborative design phase to ensure all their requirements were not only met but exceeded, while also adhering to their budget constraints. The project started with the complete removal of the original GP Doctors Clinic, clearing the space for a fresh start. One of the key enhancements was the construction of a mezzanine floor, effectively increasing the floor space by an impressive 70%, resulting in approximately 250 square meters of total area.

The new fitout included the installation of all-new services to support the veterinary operations seamlessly. This encompassed crucial systems such as the oxygen and scavenge system, which are vital for ensuring the health and safety of the animals treated at the facility.

Throughout the process, careful attention was paid to detail to ensure that every aspect of the fitout aligned with the specific needs of the client. From the layout and flow of the space to the choice of materials and finishes, the result is a contemporary and well-equipped veterinary clinic.
