Construction and fitout pre-qualification for NSW Government

Cyclo have recently attained pre-qualification status for construction and fit-out works with the NSW Government. We have previously worked in various government projects under a managing contractor. This has now been expanded, to allow us to work in direct contract, which in line with our ongoing growth strategies.

NSW Government projects we have worked on successfully in the past few years include 3 Stages of renovation at the Shellharbour Hospital, and ongoing work for Illawarra Drug and Alcohol Services. Pending work includes medical and commercial fitout works.

The pre-qualification process involves thorough vetting of a large number of previous project to ensure capabilities are correct as presented. Categories of prequalification include:

Construction works – Building Works (Multi-trade).
Interior Fit Out (refurbishment) including ceilings and partitions.

We are authorised to work under the ‘Construction’ type contract system as well as the ‘Design and Construct’ system. You can view more details on how these contract systems work by following this link.
