Nowra Vet Hospital is a substantial practice with both large and small animal services, trading since 1976. Owner Andrew Havadjia engaged Cyclo Group for the construction of his new 540sqm purpose built premises just down the road from the existing premises, which had been outgrown.

The design intent of the veterinary fitout was to remain true to the rural nature of the practice and its clientele, and to address the specific needs of this busy and experienced practice. The reception area contrast rich dark colours in the joinery, vinyl floor and banquette seating with the clinical white paint throughout. A vaulted ceiling and clerestory windows in the central section flood the treatment area with
natural light. At the rear of the property a steel shed houses the large animal facilities, with outdoor pens and a walking area.

Cyclo Group negotiated some challenges including installation of innovative solutions to combat subsoil contamination. This project was delivered in 28 weeks.
