Cyclo to act as head builder for health project

Our Client needed a builder for some space reconfiguration and renovation work. Cyclo was the perfect fit for this project having extensive experience in working in occupied health premises. This project involved demolishing of masonry walls, installation of new ceilings, running of new plumbing for hand washing requirements and upgrading of data requirements to meet the exacting standards of today’s hospital. Cyclo were required to manage all aspects of design and handover including building manuals on completion.

The project was run in an operating out-patient area of a major regional hospital with hoarding, dust separation and all requirements for infection control being managed by Cyclo Group as the head builder. This was project was delivered over Christmas 2107/18 and was handed over on schedule at the end of January.

It provides cutting edge Bone Mineral Densitometry testing facilities for the region.
